Refund & Cancellation

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for paid Converzo subscriptions, operated by WCB Network Private Limited. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. Free trial first — try before you pay
We encourage every business to evaluate Converzo on a free trial before subscribing. During the trial you can test messaging, automations, campaigns, and integrations with your own WhatsApp Business Account. No credit card is required to start.
2. Cancellation
- You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by emailing [email protected].
- Cancellation stops future renewals. Your plan remains active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- No further charges are made after cancellation takes effect.
3. Refunds
- Subscription fees for the current billing period are generally non-refundable, since the free trial allows full evaluation before purchase.
- Duplicate or erroneous charges (for example, a double payment for the same period) are refunded in full — contact us with the payment reference.
- If a verified, extended outage of the Service caused by us materially prevented you from using it, we will, at our discretion, provide a pro-rata credit or refund for the affected period.
- WhatsApp conversation charges levied by Meta for messages already sent are third-party costs and cannot be refunded.
4. How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through our payment provider, Razorpay, within 7–10 business days of approval. The exact time for the amount to reflect depends on your bank or card issuer.
5. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] with the subject "Refund Request", your registered email, workspace name, and the Razorpay payment reference. We respond to all refund requests within 3 business days.
