No. Meta charges per delivered template message, at the rate for your recipient's country. Sending to India that is ₹0.8631 for marketing and ₹0.1150 for utility, and authentication from ₹0.1150; some countries also carry a higher authentication-international rate — ₹2.4971 for India; rates differ by country. Replies inside an open 24-hour service window are free. Meta bills these directly to your own WhatsApp Business Account; Converzo neither collects them nor adds anything to Meta's rates.
